Thank you for your interest in the Kirkland Winter Markets. This year the Winter Markets will be located at Kirkland Urban. This market is outdoors and 10x10 canopies or tents are required. Canopies must be weighted with 4 (25lb) weights on each leg.

This is the Winter Market Pre-Registration form. If the application is approved, you will pay at the end of each market you attend ($50 per each market). One of our team members will reach out to you if we have further questions. We will update page with times as soon as they become available.

Winter Markets are holiday themed and we would love vendors who specialize in items perfect for the holiday season or a gift. We encourage all vendors to attend each day if possible.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a pre-registration form, to note your availability. In order for your application to be successfully approved, we will reach out to registrants to schedule some time to sample products and learn more about the company.

Hold Harmless/Indemnification

Applicant shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Kirkland Downtown Association, its officers, officials, employees and volunteers from and against any and all claims, suits, actions, or liabilities for injury or death of any
person, or for loss or damage to property, which arises out of participation in the Kirkland Wednesday Market or from any activity, work or thing done, permitted, or suffered by Applicant during the Kirkland Wednesday Market. Applicant shall list the "Kirkland Downtown Association" as the "Additional Insured."
The undersigned hereby makes application to the Kirkland Downtown Association to participate in the Kirkland Wednesday Market and certifies the information provided in this application and supporting materials is true and accurate. The undersigned further states that he/she has the authority to make this application for the Applicant and agrees the Applicant will observe all ordinances and regulations of the City of Kirkland.
