HOLIDAY MARKET OVERVIEW

Unloading and Loading: 

  • Unloading begins at 8 AM. Come anytime as long as you are set up by 9:45AM. 
  • Vehicles can park in the parallel spaces on Lakeshore Plaza to load in
  • After you are unloaded, you will be directed to park in a reserved lot


  • Safety: Please make sure your tent has 25 lb. weights on each tent leg. 100 pounds total. This is a requirement. If you don’t have weights, you must rent them at $10/25lb.

 

  • Restrooms: Restrooms are located on the south side of the park.

 

  • Water: There is a water faucet on the outside of the restroom building, see market manager for key to use the hose water. 

 

  • ATM: The closest ATM is on the corner of Kirkland Ave and Lake Street at the Bank of America

Weather related conditions: The KWM operates rain or shine. However, since markets are held in open-air venues, we reserve the right to close a market if it is determined that severe weather conditions could comprise the safety of vendors and shoppers. See our vendor rules for guidelines

Payment and Fees

  • All registered vendors must prepay. Registration is for a 10 ft x 10ft. stall space. If you require more space, please contact Tessa 
  • Vendors must cancel their attendance, by calling or emailing the Market Manager, no later than 24 hours before market opens. 
  • All Vendors must post a sign identifying the name of the farm or business

  • There will be once entrance and one exit point. There should be one-way traffic
  • Vendors must be 10” apart
  • 3 shoppers/vendor in the market at once.

Hold Harmless/Indemnification:


Applicant shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Kirkland Downtown Association, its officers, officials, employees and volunteers from and against any and all claims, suits, actions, or liabilities for injury or death of any
person, or for loss or damage to property, which arises out of participation in the Kirkland Wednesday Market or from any activity, work or thing done, permitted, or suffered by Applicant during the Kirkland Wednesday Market. Applicant shall list the "Kirkland Downtown Association" as the "Additional Insured."
The undersigned hereby makes application to the Kirkland Downtown Association to participate in the Kirkland Wednesday Market and certifies the information provided in this application and supporting materials is true and accurate. The undersigned further states that he/she has the authority to make this application for the Applicant and agrees the Applicant will observe all ordinances and regulations of the City of Kirkland.
